Key Responsibilities:
• Driving and initiating plans to achieve the set gold financing target of the
respective branch. Leading and driving the growth and profitability of the gold loan business portfolio. Checking, evaluating, and assessing gold articles and negotiating with customers regarding the loan amount with compliance with Company guidelines. Ensuring that the internal controls are in place and practicing with Operation Manual.

Experience and Qualifications: • G.C.E.O/L with passes in English and Mathematics. Having G.C.E. A/L
or Diploma in Gold Financing will be a distinct advantage. Possess a minimum of 03 years of pawning experience in a recognized financial institution. Ability in identifying fake and dud articles. Good customer relationship. Good command of the Sinhala language. Ability work in English and Tamil languages will be a distinct advantage
