රටේ සංවර්ධන ක්‍රියාවලියට ශක්තියක් වන ඔබ වැනි කාන්තා ව්‍යවසායිකාවන්ගේ නායකත්ව ගුණය දියුණු කරන, "FLI නායකත්ව බලකායේ" ගමේ කණ්ඩායම් නායිකාව ඔබයි" එම මධ්‍යස්ථාන නායිකාවන්ගේ කණ්ඩායම් සමුළුවක් ආයතන පාරිභෝගික පුහුණු සංවර්ධන අංශයේ නිලධාරීන්ගේ ප්‍රධානත්වයෙන් පසුගිය නොවැම්බර් 28 වන දා පානදුර ප්‍රදේශයේ දී පැවැත්විණි. එහිදී මධ්‍යස්ථාන නායිකාවන්ගේ කැප කිරීම් වෙනුවෙන් ඇගයීමක්ද සිදු කෙරිණි.

தேசத்தின் அபிவிருத்திக்கு பலமாக இருக்கும் உங்களை போன்ற பெண் தொழில்முனைவோரின் தலைமைத்துவ பண்புகளை மேம்படுத்தும், ‘FLi தலைமை படையின்’ கிராமத்தின் குழு தலைவர் நீங்களே! மத்திய தலைவர்கள் குழுவிற்கான கருத்தமர்வு, எமது நிறுவனத்தின் வாடிக்கையாளர் பயிற்சி மேம்பாட்டுப் பிரிவு அதிகாரிகளின் தலைமையில் கடந்த 2025 நவம்பர் மாதம் 28ம் திகதி பாணந்துறை பிரதேசத்தில் இடம்பெற்றது. அந்நிகழ்வின்போது மத்திய தலைவர்களின் அர்ப்பணிப்பு செயற்பாடுகளும் கௌரவிக்கப்பட்டது.
