"දිට්වා" සුළි කුණාටුව නිසා , දිවයින පුරා හානියට පත්වූ පවුල් වල දූ දරුවන් 1000කට අධික පිරිසකට , මර්චන්ට් ක්රෙඩිට් ආයතනය අනුග්රහයෙන් රුපියල් මිලියන 5ක පමණ වටිනාකමකින් යුතු පාසල් උපකරණ මෙම වසරේ ජනවාරි මස බෙදා දෙන ලදී , එහි එක් අදියරක් කුරුණෑගල ශාඛාවේ ප්රාදේශීය කළමනාකරු නිශ්ශංක මහතාගේ ප්රධානත්වයෙන් ඉතා සාර්ථකව සිදු කරන ලදී
Due to the “Ditwah” cyclone, school supplies worth approximately Rs. 5 million, sponsored by Merchant Credit, were distributed in January this year to more than 1,000 children from families affected across the island. As part of this initiative, one of the distribution programmes was successfully conducted at the Kurunegala Branch, under the leadership of Mr. Nishshanka, Regional Manager.
“திட்வா” (Ditwah) சூறாவளி காரணமாக நாடு முழுவதும் பாதிக்கப்பட்ட குடும்பங்களைச் சேர்ந்த 1,000-க்கும் மேற்பட்ட சிறுவர்களுக்கு, மெர்ச்சன்ட் கிரெடிட் நிறுவனத்தின் அனுசரணையுடன் சுமார் ரூ. 5 மில்லியன் பெறுமதியான பாடசாலை உபகரணங்கள் இவ்வருடம் ஜனவரி மாதம் வழங்கப்பட்டன. இந்த திட்டத்தின் ஒரு கட்டமாக, பிராந்திய முகாமையாளர் திரு. நிஷ்ஷங்கா அவர்களின் தலைமையில் குருநாகல் கிளையில் பாடசாலை உபகரணங்கள் வழங்கும் நிகழ்வு மிகவும் வெற்றிகரமாக முன்னெடுக்கப்பட்டது.
