Remaining under selling pressure, the Australian dollar broke 0.6580 support against the US dollar and has fallen to 0.6560 support at the moment. Bears may next test 0.6530–0.6520 support. Attempts to rise toward 0.6580–0.6590 could attract fresh selling interest; breaking the latter level would lead to growth toward 0.6610–0.6620.

As expected, continuing to decline against the US dollar, the euro tested 1.1600 support and then rebounded to 1.1632 at the moment. The pair’s recovery may be limited by 1.1650–1.1670 resistance, where it could face renewed selling. A break of support would lead to a decline toward 1.1570–1.1550 and could signal the development of a broader correction.

The British pound failed to break 1.3530 resistance against the US dollar, which triggered profit-taking on long positions, breaking 1.3460 support and testing 1.3430. 1.3460 now acts as resistance, below which the risks remain tilted to a decline toward 1.3400; passing this resistance would lead to growth toward 1.3480–1.3500, where selling may resume. A break of the latter would lead to growth toward 1.3520–1.3530.

Liquidation of long positions on the euro against the Australian dollar caused a break of the 1.7850/40 support level. This led to a drop to the 1.7780 support level. There is selling interest at 1.7840 right now. The bulls’ failure to break through this level suggests a risk of more downward pressure on the support mentioned above. If resistance is overcome, it could lead to an increase toward 1.7870 to 1.7900

Thus, the pair’s outlook remains constructive, but below 1.1830 downside risks persist, and a rise toward this level may be used for selling. Loss of 1.1780/65 support would increase the risk of breaking 1.1730 and falling toward 1.1700.
