Under this collaboration, ColomboRe Insurance Brokers (Pvt) Ltd. will undertake the management and servicing of Esna’s insurance portfolio. For the existing clientele of Esna, this partnership promises a seamless transition to top-tier insurance management. ColomboRe is widely recognized for its "Claims First" approach and high-level technical competency. Clients can expect a more robust service standard, including:

• Proactive Claims Management: A dedicated team focused on expediting settlements and negotiating complex liability discussions.

This partnership enables Esna Insurance Brokers (Pvt) Ltd. to strategically focus on diversifying and expanding its core business operations in capital equipment marketing, including the ex*****on of EPC, MEP, and HVAC contracts through its new ventures, Esna Projects (Pvt) Ltd. and Esna Agro (Pvt) Ltd., which complement its existing business portfolio.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) formalizing this partnership was signed on Wednesday, 11th February 2026, at the Esna Board Room.
