We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starting individual to join our company as an Insurance Consultant. As part of our team, you will meet and develop relationships with new clients, providing detailed analysis regarding their insurance needs and presenting offerings from among our comprehensive services. You track and manage sales goals, collaborate with colleagues to create personalized insurance solutions, and develop referral contacts into new clients. Our ideal applicant is personable and relationship-driven, with a thorough understanding of the insurance industry and sales techniques.
Duties and Responsibilities
Work with each of your clients to determine their insurance needs, whether professional or personal, and recommend relevant service offerings
Collaborate with colleagues to develop personalized insurance offerings for clients
Track and manage sales goals
Develop relationships with referrals and transition them to new clients
Qualifications
Ability to work well in a team
Analytic personality
Attention to detail
Good at making decisions, even while under pressure
Understanding of business and financial markets (obviously)
Negotiating skills
Good customer service skills

Holding a BAC2 or equivalent
Above 25 years
