Lebanese Swiss Bank has recently been targeted by a false and malicious fake news campaign insinuating that we are associated with Kard el Hassan. LSB would like to reemphasize that it maintains full compliance with US and international sanctions and therefore does not maintain banking relationships with any individuals or organizations that are sanctioned or that are associated with sanctioned individuals or organizations.

صرف شيكات الهيئة العليا للاغاثة

إزاء الصعوبات التي تواجهها أُسَر شهداء انفجار مرفأ بيروت المشؤوم في تحصيل الشيكات المسلّمة لها من الهيئة العليا للإغاثة، يعلن البنك اللبناني السويسري ش.م.ل. عن استعداده من يوم الغد الجمعة في 6/11/2020، لاستقبال المستفيدين من هذه المساعدة المالية الحكومية ودفع كامل قيمة هذه الشيكات نقداً في جميع فروع المصرف. ومع أن السياسة المتّبعة في القطاع المصرفي تقضي بعدم دفع الشيكات مباشرةً ونقداً لغير زبائن المصرف، إلا أن إدارة مصرفنا تعتبر أن هذه المبادرة أملتها دوافع إنسانية ووطنية هي أقلّ ما يمكن تقديمه لمؤاساة هؤلاء المفجوعين والمنكوبين ولربما تخفف من هول هذه الكارثة الكبرى التي حلّت بهذه العائلات والوطن أجمع

Dear Clients,

As per BDL circular 148, LSB is facilitating the cash withdrawal in LBP of small deposits.

If you meet the criteria of the circular, please call your branch, or the call center at 01/732000 and request cash withdrawal as per the circular.

Tomorrow, branches will be open according to the schedule published previously, and on Thursday, all branches will be open. Please note however, that your branch manager will be available for you via the branch number regardless of branch opening.

إستنادا الى التعميم الصادر عن سعادة حاكم مصرف لبنان ذات الرقم 148 ، يتشرف البنك اللبناني السويسري ش.م.ل. بإعلامكم بأنه بصدد تنفيذ التعميم أعلاه و بالتالي تسهيل عمليات السحب النقدي للودائع الصغيرة بالليرة اللبنانية .
و عليه إذا كنتم ممن يخضعون لهذا التعميم ، يمكنكم الإتصال بالفرع أو مركز الإتصال الساخن على الرقم 10/732000 و بالتالي طلب السحب النقدي وفقا للتعميم أعلاه .

Dear Customers,

In light of the current health crisis, and in order to safeguard your and our employees' health, we are taking measures in order to limit interpersonal contact. Please remember that you can access many of the bank's services including our ATMs, our internet banking and our call center without visiting a branch. As part of these measures, we will be limiting the number of branches that are opened each day.

Dear Customer,

LSB remains fully operative to cater to your Banking needs. In order to minimise contact with others as per WHO recommendations, we recommend that you first try our ATM network, our online internet banking or our telephone hotlines at 01/732000, which will be in operation between 8:00 AM 5:00 PM. You can also call your branch’s usual number; you will automatically be transferred to your branch’s manager.

However, the following geographically widely distributed branches will be open in order to assist you with services that cannot be covered by the above-mentioned tools:

Those retail clients that have due payments are wholeheartedly encouraged to stay home and not to risk their or others’ health by coming to the bank. LSB will accept late payment without any extra charges or penalties once the health situation has improved; no delayed interest will be charged.

Please note that in order to protect our employees’ and clients’ health, employees in the open branches will be wearing protective gear, as shown in the picture attached to this post.

إن البنك اللبناني السويسري ش.م.ل. ينصح جميع عملاء التجزئة لديه الذين يتوجب عليهم مدفوعات مستحقة لصالحنا البقاء في المنزل و عدم المخاطرة بصحتهم و صحة غيرهم بالقدوم الى البنك ، و نعلمهم بأننا سنقبل السداد المتأخر دون أي رسوم إضافية أو فوائد تأخير و ذلك الى حين عودة الوضع الصحي الى طبيعته .
