How to Embrace the ?

A lot has changed since the COVID-19 pandemic first hit the world, leading to isolation, quarantines, hospitalizations, and untimely deaths on a vast scale.
Working practice has been upended; trips have been cancelled; families have been separated. It’s now common for your home to also become your workplace, gym, and child’s school.
“The new normal” has been coined to explain the circumstances we find ourselves in. We need to be careful and to work on accepting these new circumstances, for the sake of our mental health.

⭐️ See the positives in the new normal

The global pandemic has given us the opportunity to take a step back and reflect on how we live our lives. Think about your life pre-pandemic and decide what you want to focus on and how you want your life to look in the future.

🔍 Read the news and official guidelines

So you have a better understanding of the situation and why things have had to change. Be careful not to overdo it though, as an endless stream of information can be overwhelming and cause panic and anxiety.

👩‍💻 Establish a routine

Your day-to-day life may look very different now. You had a routine before the pandemic, one that is no longer possible. Swap an in-person coffee in the office for a virtual catch-up; find different online exercise classes you may not be able to attend in real life; and make an effort to get up and go to bed at the same time each day.

🥳 Look for the small things to celebrate

You may have got in touch with old friends, you might have discovered small local businesses that you would normally miss on your way to the bigger stores. Discover what puts a smile on your face at the moment, and see what you can do to make that thing happen more often. Take regular breaks and take time for yourself. You can look at the new normal as something positive – something to be embraced and even continued post-pandemic.

Dear Valued Clients,

In light of the total lockdown decision taken by the Lebanese Government, kindly note that the insurance companies' Roadside Assistance Partners will only respond to clients who are eligible to be mobile during the lockdown period and have received an approval through the IMPACT application (covid.pcm.gov.lb). ✅

The above is being applied since the Roadside Assistance Service is facing a lot of difficulties with trucks on the road and the drivers are being stopped by several Army/ISF checkpoints who need a valid proof for the assistance. 🚕

We count on your cooperation to run this process smoothly and serve you efficiently.

Stay Safe!

Happy 77th Independence Day to our dearest, tiny, beautiful, complicated, warm, messy, full of promises, destroyed Lebanon.

National celebrations were cancelled this year but the civil movement suspended brooms and wreaths of basil on the walls of public institutions, sending a message to officials that true independence will only be achieved by returning state institutions to the people who are the source of power.

To better days ahead.

This year’s comes at a time when our lives in Lebanon have changed considerably as a result of the pandemic, the massive deterioration of the economic situation, and the Beirut Port explosion damages.

Mental health problems usually affect around 1 in 4 people, but the past year has brought too many challenges and the need for support is substantially increasing.

We strongly encourage you to talk about possible symptoms (of depression, anxiety, addiction etc.) to specialists in order to generate positive change. 👩‍⚕️

Dear Clients,

We really hope that you and your loved ones are safe and starting to recover from the dramatic explosion that occurred last week in the Port of Beirut.

Pending the formal investigation’s conclusion which will determine whether material damage claims will be covered or not by insurance companies based on each policy’s wording, we stand by your side and invite you to declare your claims if any, with all related information on [email protected] : policy number, contact person, phone number, address, pictures of the damages, list of the damages if possible.

If needed, an expert will contact you for a visit, and we will get back to you as soon as a decision is made by insurance companies.

We remain available for any clarification or assistance.

Have a nice weekend,
