Rewards and recognition are not the goal, but they are an important part of the outcome. When we are in the field, the reward is not what we seek, but it is a natural result of measuring the effort and hard work. Congratulations to my colleagues on achieving second place in Lebanon in the number of renewed and converted policies for the year 2025.
