كما الشعار الذي اعتمدته منذ سنوات "Through good times and bad" وكما شعار شركة We promise and we deliver. :Metlife, لاول مرة بعد سنوات طويلة من الخدمة في مجال Life Insurance وبعد اكثر من 16 مطالبة وفاة دفعت , وتقديمات عديدة اخرى كدخول مستشفى او حوادث او تعطيل او امراض مستعصية.
لاول مرة يتقدم احد المؤمنين الذي له صفة صديق بمطالبة عطل دائم بعد اصابته بفالج عن عمر 46 سنة تسبب له بعطل دائم في حركة يده اليمنى ورجله واضعف قدرته على التركيز ومنعه من القيام بابسط متطلبات الحياة اليومية.
اتمنى للصديق السيد "N" ولعائلته ان يتحسن وضعه الجسدي والنفسي ويخرج من عواقب هذه الحالة باقرب وقت .

As the slogan I adopted years ago "Through good times and bad" and as the slogan of Metlife: “We promise and we deliver”, for the first time after many years of service in the Life Insurance field and after more than 16 death claims paid and many other benefits such as hospital admission, accidents, indemnity, and critical diseases.
For the first time, a policy owner, who became a personal friend submits lately a permanent disability claim after suffering a stroke at the age of 46, which caused him permanent disability in the movement of his right hand and leg, weakened his ability to focus and prevented him from carrying out the simplest requirements of daily life.
I wish my friend Mr. "N" and his family a quick improvement, mentally and physically.
This check represents the first payment of the claim and a letter confirming that Metlife waves the future payments.
