Our surveyors' technical expertise and diligence ensures for us and for you that the land or property invested in, is correctly priced and having no defects which can later create a nuisance with regard to legal titles. Accordingly whether you invest in our own developments, or in developments that are screened and catalogued by us, security and value for money are guaranteed. About our developments, we have three projects at present with approximately 40 available units. As soon as the first of these three sells out, we will commence another to maintain substantial availability. These projects are built by our own construction and project management teams, which means that quality and delivery are kept fully within our control.
