I was truly honored to deliver a session to my incredible team and our colleagues at Falcons Agency. Together, we explored the remarkable experiences/take aways from the 2026 MetLife EMEA Regional Convention in Cancun/Mexico.

This was a wonderful opportunity to share ideas and energize our commitment to excellence. A special thank you to Raymond Khoury a consistent EMEA qualifier for sharing his insights regarding his WHY and HOW to qualify for such prestigious recognition.

Yesterday, the team got together to celebrate the fantastic results of Q4 2025. We started the day with a cozy breakfast at one of the local villagers Manakish bakery then headed out for a hike in the snowy area of Bekish.

During the hike, we enjoyed the beautiful scenery and the fresh winter air, followed by a very warm and lovely lunch that brought everyone together.

I want to thank every member of the team for their amazing work and commitment throughout Q4 2025 specifically that made so many things possible and a big leap into new milestones. None of this would have been possible without your dedication, collaboration, and positive spirit. Here’s to many more successes together.

As we wrap up the year, I want to thank each of you for your outstanding effort, resilience, and commitment. Your work this year—big wins and hard-earned lessons—has moved us forward in meaningful ways. Gallery of stars and EMEA qualifications were among the biggest wins. I deeply appreciate the standards you set and the way you show up for each other and our customers.
