As we wrap up the year, I want to thank each of you for your outstanding effort, resilience, and commitment. Your work this year—big wins and hard-earned lessons—has moved us forward in meaningful ways. Gallery of stars and EMEA qualifications were among the biggest wins. I deeply appreciate the standards you set and the way you show up for each other and our customers.

Yesterday was about celebrating people and performance. After a Q3 defined by exceptional results, an amazing mindset, sharp focus, and unparalleled commitment, we slowed down to reconnect wandering through historic Douma, taking a refreshing hike in the beautiful nature of Beit Chlela thanks to our colleague and guide Tony, and ending the day with a relaxed lunch by the sea in Batroun.

As I reflect on the journey we have shared throughout 2024, I wish to express my sincere gratitude for the remarkable work the team has accomplished. 2024 presented us with numerous challenges, each demanding resilience and commitment, and I am proud to say that you have risen to the occasion with extraordinary dedication.
Your unwavering effort and exceptional work have not gone unnoticed.
