Another important event of last week in which ACIPE members took part was FICO World 2026, held in Orlando, Florida.

FICO World is a unique place where professionals, innovators and like-minded people from around the world come together to share ideas, explore new solutions and discuss the future of analytics, decisioning, risk management and customer experience.
For ACIPE members it was a valuable opportunity to connect with the global professional community, learn from international practices and exchange views with experts who are shaping the future of data-driven services.

Last week ACIPE members had the pleasure of taking part in the 2026 ACCIS Annual Conference in Vienna.
For ACIPE this event was not only an important professional platform, but also a meaningful continuation of cooperation with ACCIS within the framework of the MoU.
The Сonference brought together the credit information community for open dialogue, knowledge exchange and discussions on the future of our industry. It was also a warm opportunity to meet long-standing colleagues, partners and friends - people who continue to shape our sector through trust, experience and cooperation.

ACIPE highly values this partnership and looks forward to further strengthening the bridge between our communities.

From 13 to 15 May 2026, Astana hosted Kazakhstan Security Systems, the leading security exhibition in Kazakhstan and Central Asia.
ACIPE Full Member First Credit Bureau Kazakhstan (FCBK) once again took part in the event as a long-standing participant, presenting its solutions for business security, risk management and digital trust.
This year FCBK showcased HR Digital, ABIS, FCB Bio and FCB Bio Auth — services that help companies verify employees and counterparties, reduce fraud risks and strengthen secure digital interactions.
FCBK’s participation once again highlights the important role of credit bureaus in building safer, more transparent and trusted business environments.

CIAC Uzbekistan has introduced a new socially important service - Credit Alert in the KATM mobile application.
By activating this service citizens will receive instant SMS notifications and PUSH alerts whenever a loan is issued in their name.
This is more than just a digital notification tool. The service helps people protect themselves from potential fraud, detect unauthorized loans at an early stage and react quickly if credit is issued without their knowledge or consent.
At the same time Credit Alert encourages citizens to take a more active role in managing their financial lives. Regular access to credit history information through the KATM mobile application supports greater financial awareness, responsibility, and confidence.
This initiative is an important step toward strengthening consumer protection, improving financial literacy, and building greater trust in the credit ecosystem.

ACIPE took part in GITEX AI Central Asia & Caucasus Kazakhstan, held in Almaty, Kazakhstan on 4–5 May.

The Conference brought together technology leaders, startups, investors, policymakers and industry experts to discuss AI, digital transformation, innovation and the future of the regional tech ecosystem.
For ACIPE, participation in this event was a valuable opportunity to follow key technology trends, connect with partners and exchange views on the digital development of financial infrastructure.

ACIPE members continue to actively cooperate and exchange experience.
Colleagues from the Azerbaijan Credit Bureau paid an experience-sharing visit to the office of the ТОО "Первое Кредитное Бюро" First Credit Bureau of Kazakhstan. During the meeting, the teams discussed their current activities, shared practical experience, and exchanged views on the development of credit bureau services.
Such meetings help strengthen cooperation between ACIPE members and support professional knowledge exchange across the region.

Starting from 22 April Uzbekistan has implemented new rules for online lending to better protect citizens from fraud.
Now if a client applies for loans in several banks at the same time, the process is coordinated through the Credit Bureau CIAC, only the first application is reviewed first while others may be temporarily limited.
The goal is simple: prevent multiple loans being issued in a short time without a person’s knowledge and strengthen protection against online fraud.
This is another important step towards a safer digital lending environment in Uzbekistan.

CIAC Uzbekistan has introduced “Reliable Guarantor”, a new service in the KATM application with important social value.
Many people become guarantors for relatives or acquaintances without having enough information about their financial discipline. This can create serious risks for the guarantor’s own credit history and financial well-being.
The service helps users make a more informed decision by showing key financial indicators of the selected person, including credit score, payment discipline and overdue payments - with the person’s consent.
It is worth to note that since its launch on February 2026, the service has already been used 419 times.

This year ACIPE was represented at the ICCR Spring Plenary Meeting 2026 in Washington, D.C. by Mike Manaton, Vice President, Scores Credit Bureau Alliances and Elena Koneva, Senior Director International.
The meeting addressed a number of important topics shaping the future of credit reporting, including crisis response in credit reporting, open banking and open finance, creditworthiness evaluation, cashflow underwriting for MSMEs and key regional and regulatory developments.

We sincerely thank Mike and Elena for representing ACIPE at this important international platform and for their valuable contribution to the professional dialogue.
