UTASCO, a boutique investment bank, is focusing on cross-border transactions between Middle East, Southeast Asia and Korea. We provide advisory services to Middle East and Southeast Asian companies where seeks to enter the Korean market with our Corporate Finance, M&A and Private Equity Fund experts with rich experience in those fields.

1. Private Equity Fund Management: We jointly establish PEF with companies in the Middle East and Southeast Asia to invest in Korean companies with advanced technologies and new business ideas. 3. Capital Raising: We assist to build a financial alliance between Middle East, Southeast Asian and Korean companies who needs funding for strategic business expansion. We invite Middle East and Southeast Asian financial investors to the growth opportunity in Korean companies.
4. Joint Venture Establishment and Strategic Alliance: We help Middle East and Southeast Asian companies to expand their market to Korea with our knowledge and experience in the country. Also, we provide advisory service on JV establishment and cooperative business relationship to build an appropriate strategic alliance for Middle East and Southeast Asian companies and also for the Korean companies who would like to expand their business to those regions.
