AHK Korea (Korean-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry) Ausbildung Team had a visit to Seosan Jungang High School, where we met 24 highly motivated students.
We introduced what Ausbildung—the German-style dual vocational training system—is all about, covering from the application process to practical tips, and listened to students’ thoughts and feedback.

An enthusiastic Q&A session followed, with students actively exploring hands-on career opportunities.
Jung Chan-Hyeong, a 2nd-year student in Bio-Industrial Machinery, shared: “I used to feel lost about my future, but after today’s session, I truly want to join the Ausbildung program.”

KGCCI remains committed to empowering young talent through high-quality vocational education.

🔧👨‍🔧 The Ausbildung program brings Germany’s renowned dual vocational training model to Korea, combining 70% on-the-job training with 30% theoretical education.
