LTC place newly built ,now in need of more patients, one of my family is in as one now.
Korea needs more of these places for middle class household, now we have few luxury LTC but not enough quality one that can absorb all middle classes, which market share portion is growing each year.
When one passes away, remaining wife or husband need someone to look out for, daily eating from breakfast to dinner and as a companion, that’s where LTC can do the role of providing that kind of service at affordable cost with addition of Government subsidy, from A to Z services, even further as their wealth management of remaining assets, inheritance plan, tax saving, which few AMCs are trying to create ESG standard LTC Fund for that market.
