Job Summary:
We are seeking an entry/junior-level Overseas Customer Service Officer to support Nepal-based customers with inquiries, loan applications, Social Media channel management, and after-sales services. This role is designed for junior candidates or fresh graduates with strong communication skills, accuracy in task handling, and the ability to work independently while reporting daily to the Finance Marketing Head. Fluency in Nepali is required and basic proficiency in English or Korean for internal communication is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Social media channels and respond to customer inquiries.
- Assist customers with loan applications and follow internal procedures.
- Handle after-sales support and customer follow-ups.
- Coordinate with HQ teams, including Credit, Recovery, and Operations.
- Submit daily task reports to the designated platform.

Work Hours & Shifts:
- Minimum 45 hours per week
- Morning Shift: 09:50 AM – 08:00 PM (including 1 hour break time)
- Afternoon Shift: 12:50 PM – 11:00 PM (including 1 hour break time)
* Please note that shifts are subject to adjustment based on operational needs.
* Candidates must be able to work according to Korea Standard Time (KST).

Requirements:
- Stable laptop and internet connection.
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and achieve daily performance targets.
- Fluency in Nepali, basic proficiency in English or Korean.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Monthly incentives available after probation period.
- Annual bonus based on KPI achievement.
- 12 days of Annual Leave per year.
- Salary fixed in USD; converted to KRW monthly via xe.com rate.
* This position follows local market salary standards in Nepal and is designed as an entry/junior-level role.
