:외국인근로자 능력개발/신용(체크)카드 사용에 대한 조사들"

한국에서 일하는 외국인 2명 중 1명은 현재 일이 자기 수준에 맞는다고 보고 있으며, 업무 능력을 높이기 위해 시간과 비용을 투자하겠다는 조사결과가 나왔습니다. 최근 장기체류자격(점수제, 지역특화) 기회가 늘어나기 때문으로 보입니다.

이 조사 대상자(국내 체류외국인 1,200명 대상 : E9-1/E-7-3/E-7-4/F-2-R) 대다수는 능력 개발을 위한 교육/훈련 경험이 없었고, 응답자 60%가 교육이나 자기 계발의 기회를 갖고 싶다고 합니다.

한국 거주 외국인의 신용(체크)카드 사용(2019 ~ 2023년) 관련, 외국인의 카드 지출은 계속 증가하고 있으며 음식/유통업은 감소하고 전자상거래 비중이 늘어나고 있습니다. 코로나 이후 외국인의 온라인 소비가 늘어났기 때문입니다.

"Surveys on Foreign Workers’ Ability Development/Credit (Check) Card Use"

A survey found that one in two foreigners working in Korea considers their current job to be suitable for their level and would invest time and money to improve their job skills. This appears to be due to the recent increase in opportunities for long-term residence qualifications (point system, regional specialization).

The majority of the subjects of this survey (1,200 foreigners residing in Korea: E9-1/E-7-3/E-7-4/F-2-R) had no education/training experience for skill development, and 60% of the respondents said they would like to have opportunities for education or self-development.

Regarding credit (check) card usage by foreigners residing in Korea (2019-2023), foreigners' card spending continues to increase, while food/distribution industry spending is decreasing and e-commerce is increasing. This is because foreigners' online consumption has increased since COVID-19.

[KOREA SUNDAY NEWS] "사물놀이/E-9 사업장 이동"

외국인 3만 명이 거주하는 경남 김해에 5개 나라 이주민과 외국인근로자들이 모여 한국의 전통문화인 "사물놀이단"을 만들었습니다. 사물놀이는 한국의 4가지 전통악기(꽹과리, 장구, 북, 징)로 연주하는 음악과 놀이를 말합니다.

외국인근로자 지역간 사업장 이동이 올해 허용됩니다. 그동안 사업장 변경은 최초 고용허가 사업장이 있는 지역(5개 권역) 내에서만 가능했습니다. 수도권 → 비수도권/비수도권 내 권역간 이동 가능하지만 수도권으로의 이동은 계속 금지됩니다.

In Gimhae, Gyeongnam, where 30,000 foreigners live, immigrants and foreign workers from five countries gathered to create the "Samulnori Group," a traditional Korean cultural group. Samulnori refers to music and games played with four traditional Korean instruments (kkwaenggwari, janggu, buk, and jing).

Inter-regional movement of foreign workers will be permitted this year. Previously, changes in workplace were only permitted within the region where the first employment permit was issued (5 regions). Movement between metropolitan areas → non-metropolitan areas/non-metropolitan areas is permitted, but movement to the metropolitan area will continue to be prohibited.

"경상도지역, 미얀마 & JB금융"

경상도지역의 큰 산불로 산청/울주/의성/하동/안동/청송/영양/영덕군이 "특별재난지역"이 되었습니다. 중소벤처기업부, 금융위원회 등 정부 부처 등이 지원 정책을 내놓고 있으며, 법무부에서도 피해체류 외국인 특별지원 정책을 발표했습니다. (3/27 ~ 4/30일 ; 법무부 출입국,외국인청)

미얀마 만달레이 근처에서 큰 지진이 시작되어 양곤, 네피도까지 피해가 있었습니다. 한국을 비롯한 각 국가에서 피해 복구를 위한 지원을 하기로 했습니다. 빠른 복구와 피해자가 최소화 되기를 모두 바라고 있습니다.

JB금융은 필리핀 신용정보기관(CIBI)/나이스신용평가와 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했습니다. JB금융은 두 나라 사이 API 기반 신용정보 공유 시스템을 구축해 금융 접근성을 확대하고 보다 정교한 신용평가시스템을 만들기로 했습니다.

이번 주 한국 금융시장은 주식거래가 중지되는 등 공포의 한 주를 보냈습니다. 일본, 대만 등 아시아 증시도 미국 경기 후퇴(Recession), 일본의 금리 인상, AI 버블, 중동 전쟁 확대 등 영향으로 크게 내렸습니다.

경기침체 우려로 미 국채금리가 내리고 9월 금리인하가 확실시 되면시 글로벌 달러가치는 떨어졌습니다. 서울외환시장에서 1,364~1.365원으로 마감한 원/달러 환율은 역외시장에서 1,362원까지 내렸습니다.
