"원/달러↑ & 주가↑"

미국 달러화 가치가 4거래일 계속 올랐습니다. 실업률이 낮아졌다는 고용지표 발표와 엔화 약세 영향으로 보입니다. 원/달러 환율도 외환 당국의 개입에도 불구하고 1주일 내내 오르면서 1,450원을 넘겼습니다.

새해 들어 KOSPI가 6거래일 연속 오르고 있습니다. 반도체에 이어 현대자동차의 로봇사업에 대한 기대감이 주가를 끌어올리고 있습니다. 한편 주말 미국 증시는 잠시 휴식을 했던 AI와 반도체 관련주가 크게 오르면서 마감했습니다.

"KRW/USD Up & Stock Prices Up"

The US dollar continued its upward trend for four consecutive trading days, likely due to the release of employment data indicating a decline in the unemployment rate and the weakening yen. The won/dollar exchange rate also rose throughout the week, surpassing 1,450 won despite intervention by foreign exchange authorities.

The KOSPI has risen for six consecutive trading days since the start of the new year. Following semiconductors, expectations for Hyundai Motor Company's robotics business are driving up stock prices. Meanwhile, the US stock market, which had briefly taken a break over the weekend, closed sharply higher with AI and semiconductor-related stocks.

"비전문외국인력 수/등록외국인 수/BRAVO KOREA 대상/전북은행 대통령상"

내년 비전문 외국인력(E-9/E-8/E-10) 도입규모는 19.1만명 입니다. E-9은 8만명으로 작년(13만명) 대비 많이 줄었습니다. 한편 '25/11월 기준 E-9 발급허가 규모는 48,668명 이며, 현재 E-9 근로자는 34.4만명('24/11월 ; 33.6만) 입니다.

국내 거주 등록외국인이 170만 명까지 증가했습니다. 유학생과 영주권자가 크게 늘었고, 외국인 취업자 수는 110만명(고용율 65%) 수준입니다. 그리고 월 300만원 이상을 받는 외국인 급여근로자는 38만명 입니다.

전북은행 외국인 특화 생활금융 플랫폼 BRAVO KOREA가 스마트앱 어워드 금융부문 금융연계서비스 분야에서 대상을 받았습니다. 2025년 4월 오픈 이후 이용자를 계속 늘려가며 외국인 전용 플랫폼으로 자리잡고 있습니다.

전북은행이 중소벤처기업부의 '중소벤처기업 금융지원상' 단체 부문에서 대통령상을 받았습니다. 2년간 은행권에서 가장 큰 규모인 1,799억 원의 대환대출과 전북신용보증재단에 연평균 59억 원을 지원하여 중소기업 지원에 앞장서 왔습니다.

"Number of Non-Professional Foreign Workers/Number of Registered Foreigners/BRAVO KOREA Award/Jeonbuk Bank Presidential Award"

Next year, the number of non-professional foreign workers (E-9/E-8/E-10) is expected to reach 191,000. The number of E-9s has decreased significantly to 80,000 compared to last year (130,000). Meanwhile, as of November 2025, the number of E-9 permits issued was 48,668, and the current number of E-9 workers stands at 344,000 (November 2024; 336,000).

The number of registered foreigners residing in Korea has increased to 1.7 million. The number of international students and permanent residents has increased significantly, and the number of employed foreigners is approximately 1.1 million (employment rate of 65%). Furthermore, there are 380,000 salaried foreign workers earning more than 3 million won per month.

Jeonbuk Bank's foreigner-focused lifestyle finance platform, BRAVO KOREA, won the Grand Prize in the Financial Linkage Service category of the Smart App Awards. Since its launch in April 2025, it has steadily grown in user base and established itself as a platform exclusively for foreigners.

Jeonbuk Bank received the Presidential Award in the group category of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups' "SME Financial Support Award." Over the past two years, the bank has provided KRW 179.9 billion in refinancing loans, the largest in the banking sector, and has provided an average of KRW 5.9 billion annually to the Jeonbuk Credit Guarantee Foundation, demonstrating its leadership in supporting SMEs.

[주간 금융시장] 코스피 상승 & 원/달러 하락

2025년 말 한국 주식시장은 반도체 업종 대표주자 삼성전자의 실적이 좋아질 것으로 예상되면서 상승 추세를 유지했습니다. 미국 증시는 신고가 이후 휴식하는 모습이고 일본, 중국, 대만 증시 모두 오르면서 주말 시장을 마감했습니다.

1,490원 대까지 올랐던 원/달러 환율은 정부의 외환시장 안정 대책으로 이번 주 1,440원 대까지 내렸습니다. 최근의 높은 환율은 한국의 경제지표가 나빠서가 아니고 달러에 대한 시장 수요-공급을 그 원인으로 보고 있습니다.

The Korean stock market maintained an upward trend in late 2025, fueled by expectations of improved performance from Samsung Electronics, a leading semiconductor company. The US stock market paused after hitting a record high, while Japanese, Chinese, and Taiwanese stock markets all closed higher over the weekend.

The won/dollar exchange rate, which had risen to the 1,490 won range, fell to the 1,440 won range this week due to the government's foreign exchange market stabilization measures. "KRW/USD in the 1,400 range/KOSPI hits all-time high/Financial services used during the holiday season"

The won/dollar exchange rate, which had fallen to the 1,300 won range, continued to hover around the 1,400 won range last week. This is due to the strengthening dollar and the difficulties in US-ROK tariff negotiations. Foreign exchange experts predict that the won will move around the 1,400 won level as tariff negotiations drag on.

Ahead of the long Chuseok holiday, the KOSPI surpassed 3,500 points for the first time in Korean stock market history last Thursday. Aggressive buying by foreign investors led to significant gains in semiconductor and energy-related stocks. Asian stock markets also saw gains, led by technology stocks.

Loans due during the seven-day Chuseok holiday will be automatically extended to 10.Oct. without late payment interest. Automatic payment due dates for credit card bills, insurance premiums, telecommunications bills, and utility bills will also be extended after the holiday. Customers should also be aware of voice phishing scams related to government system outages during the holiday.
