KT&G practices shared growth with small and medium-sized partners ahead of the Lunar New Year!
Ahead of the Lunar New Year, KT&G is implementing early cash payment to reduce the burden on small and medium-sized partners and strengthen win-win management. The company will pay KRW 39.3 billion to 46 partners approximately one month earlier than the normal payment date. This measure is designed to ease the management burden on partners during the holiday period when cash demand is high.
KT&G has been implementing early payment ahead of Lunar New Year and Chuseok holidays every year. Last year, the company provided advance payment of KRW 163.6 billion to support partners' liquidity.
KT&G also participates in the Ministry of SMEs and Startups' "Companion Enterprise in Price Linkage System," which reflects raw material price increases in supply payments, and pays supply amounts in full cash monthly to help resolve partners' cash shortages.
KT&G will continue to lead in realizing win-win growth with small and medium-sized partners through various support activities. 🤝

이 외에도 KT&G는 원재료 가격 상승 시 그 상승분을 납품대금에 반영하는 중소벤처기업부의 '납품대금 연동제 동행기업'에 동참하고 있으며, 협력사의 자금난 해소를 위해 납품대금을 매월 전액 현금으로 지급하는 등 동반성장을 위한 다양한 지원 제도를 운영 중입니다.

KT&G celebrates the school enrollment of employees' children! 🎒
KT&G delivered CEO message cards and congratulatory gifts to 460 employees' children entering elementary, middle, and high school this year. This event was held as part of the family-friendly program "Gahwa-Mansa-Seong." The program, meaning "when family thrives, the company thrives," has been operating since 2017 to support employees' work-life balance.
This year, customized gifts were prepared considering both immune support and practicality for children. Gift sets were tailored to each age group, including KGC red ginseng products such as "Hongi Janggun" and "I Pass," pencil cases, and pencils engraved with each child's name. The same gift sets will also be delivered to families of employees working overseas.
KT&G has created a family-friendly environment by introducing the "Automatic Parental Leave System" in 2015, which automatically converts maternity leave to parental leave. KT&G Scholarship Foundation supports a new start for youth in crisis! 🌱
On the 4th, KT&G Scholarship Foundation delivered KRW 50 million in "2026 Sangsang Restart Scholarships" to the Korea Juvenile Protection Association. The Sangsang Restart Scholarship Program collaborates with the Korea Juvenile Protection Association under the Ministry of Justice to select youth in crisis with exemplary attitudes and support their social independence.
KT&G Scholarship Foundation has been operating this program for 11 years since 2016, having provided scholarships to a total of 702 youth through last year to support their social integration and career choices. This year, 110 youth were selected to receive scholarships for education support such as preparing for qualification exams and obtaining certifications, as well as maintaining stable living conditions.
Established in 2008, KT&G Scholarship Foundation carries out various scholarship programs both domestically and internationally to support the educationally underserved and nurture future talent. In collaboration with the Korea Mecenat Association, the foundation also supports culture and arts scholarship students annually. KT&G achieved record-high performance and made a leap as a global company! 📈
KT&G held an earnings call on the 5th to announce 2025 Q4 and annual results. Last year's annual revenue grew 11.4% YoY to a historic high of KRW 6.5796 trillion while operating profit rose 13.5% to reach KRW 1.3495 trillion. Excluding one-time costs, adjusted operating profit recorded KRW 1.4198 trillion, a 19.4% YoY increase.
The global cigarette business broke revenue, volume, and operating profit records simultaneously, driving overall performance. Global cigarette revenue rose 29.4% YoY to KRW 1.8775 trillion, and the proportion of global cigarette revenue in total cigarette revenue surpassed that of the domestic business for the first time, recording 54.1%. Both sales volume and average unit sales prices, driven by strategic price hikes, saw double-digit growth, demonstrating quantitative and qualitative growth.
KT&G will continue its growth momentum in 2026. Following the completion of the Kazakhstan factory, the new Indonesian factory is scheduled to start operations in the first half of this year, accelerating the conversion to a global location manufacturing scheme. The company plans to expand its NGP portfolio to include ni****ne pouches, further strengthening its core business competitiveness.
Shareholder returns will also be reinforced. KT&G plans to achieve a total shareholder return of 100% or higher this year and maintain an upward trend of dividend per share at the KRW 6,000 level.

KT&G Welfare Foundation is spreading warm sharing through Sangsang Withus in Indonesia! 🌏
KT&G Welfare Foundation has dispatched around 60 university students to the cities of Bogor and Pasuruan in Indonesia to carry out education environment improvement activities through January 27. Sangsang Withus is an overseas volunteer initiative for university students that has been operating since 2005, having conducted 60 missions with approximately 2,000 participants in countries including Indonesia and Mongolia.
The volunteer group is working at at schools in Bogor and Pasuruan. Their activities include constructing libraries and restrooms, painting school facilities, and improving overall educational infrastructure. The team is also directly participating in educational and cultural classes for local students, and have planned and organized various cultural exchange programs, such as sports days and group performances, in collaboration with local students.
Established in 2003, KT&G Welfare Foundation carries out a wide range of social contribution activities both domestically and internationally. In Korea, the foundation has provided 2,455 vehicles to social welfare institutions over the past 20 years. Overseas, the foundation has built a total of 10 schools in three countries since opening a school in 2018, continuing its efforts to improve educational environments for local students.

KT&G Sangsangmadang supports artists in the Chuncheon region of Gangwon State! 🎵
KT&G Sangsangmadang selected photographer Shim Sang-man and musician Jo Jin-hee, who are active in the Gangwon region, to present free exhibitions and performances at Sangsangmadang Chuncheon Art Center starting on the 10th to revitalize regional culture and arts.
Photographer Shim Sang-man presents photographic work that approaches the public in a familiar way by expressing everyday scenes with restrained techniques. Musician Jo Jin-hee is an artist gaining attention for her experimental musical world that transcends genre boundaries. KT&G has discovered an emerging artist who will lead the future of Korean photography! 📸✨
KT&G announced photographer Ha Da-won as the final "Photographers of the Year" at the 16th KT&G Sangsangmadang Korean Photographer's Fellowship (SKOPF) on the 26th. KT&G SKOPF is Korea's leading photographer support program that has been running for 17 years since 2008, having nurtured 54 renowned Korean photographers including Noh Soon-taek, Kim Ok-sun, and Kim Hyo-yeon.
This year, following evaluations by culture and arts experts in June, three photographers—Kim Chan-hoon, Ha Da-won, and Kim Minjuchowon—were selected as "Photographers of the Year." After six months of professional mentoring and creative work, followed by portfolio presentations, Ha Da-won was selected as the final "Photographers of the Year."
Ha Da-won was recognized for her sincere approach to photography through work that evokes universal empathy based on memories of family. She will hold a solo exhibition for two months starting next June.

KT&G's Indonesian Factory acquired the "ISO 45001" certification, an international standard for Occupational Health and Safety management systems. Following the certification of Russia and Türkiye factories in 2024, KT&G has officially secured a manufacturing system that conforms to international health and safety standards across its overseas facilities.
"ISO 45001" is an Occupational Health and Safety management system set by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), granted to organizations that establish systems to preemptively identify risk factors in industrial sites and prevent industrial accidents. The certification evaluates more than just whether simple legal requirements are satisfied—it assesses whether processes such as danger assessment, improvement, and recurrence prevention are operated systematically.

KT&G has been awarded the Presidential Citation in the Comprehensive ESG category at the "2025 Government Awards for Sustainable Management Merit"! 🏆
The distinction is the only award in the ESG sector given by the government. KT&G received positive evaluations across all ESG areas, recognized for establishing "KT&G Green Impact," its mid- and long-term environmental management strategy; obtaining international validation for its carbon neutrality goals (SBTi); and being selected by the Korea Exchange as a "Company of Exemplary Corporate Governance Report Disclosure."
KT&G’s sustainable management is also gaining recognition globally. The company was the first in the industry to receive the highest rating of 'AAA' from MSCI, the world-renowned ESG rating agency, and was listed on the "World Index," the highest tier of the Dow Jones Sustainability Indices (DJSI). 🌏

KT&G is carrying out the '2025 KT&G Sangsangnanum On-Jeong' campaign to help marginalized neighbors stay warm this winter. ❤️
On December 15th, Bang Kyungman, the CEO of KT&G, personally visited a Jjeokbangcheon (a cluster of tiny cubicles usually inhabited by the underprivileged) located in the Donui-dong in Jongno-gu, Seoul, to deliver winter relief kits. These kits were prepared by KT&G employees who volunteered to package them and included winter blankets, scarves, and ready-to-eat meals. The kits will be delivered to 400 households in need.
'KT&G Sangsangnanum On-Jeong' is a part of the annual social contribution program by KT&G to promote a sharing-culture at the end of the year. This year, the company is strengthening support for regions at risk of depopulation and for groups vulnerable to climate crisis. It plans to distribute a total of 60,000 coal briquettes, 40,000 kg of kimchi, and over 8,000 kg of rice across Korea.
As a corporate citizen, KT&G will continue to expand sharing activities to coexist with its local community! 💪

지난 15일, 방경만 KT&G 사장이 서울 종로구 돈의동 쪽방촌을 직접 방문해 한파구호키트를 전달했는데요. 해당 키트는 KT&G 임직원들의 패킹 봉사활동을 통해 준비됐으며, 겨울 모포·목도리·간편식 등으로 구성되어 도움이 필요한 400세대에 전달될 예정입니다.
'KT&G 상상나눔 On-情'은 연말 나눔 문화 확산을 위해 KT&G가 매년 진행하는 사회공헌 프로그램입니다. 올해는 소멸위기 지역과 기후위기 취약계층 지원을 강화하며, 전국에 총 6만여 장의 연탄, 4만 kg의 김장 김치, 8천 kg 이상의 쌀 등을 전달할 예정입니다.
KT&G는 앞으로도 기업시민으로서 지역사회와 함께하는 나눔 활동을 지속 확대해 나가겠습니다! 💪
