PRIME regenerative equipment is now infrastructure - Transforming PRIME battery regeneration from a maintenance option into a foundational system for sustainable industrial power.
PRIME Lead-Acid Battery Regeneration: The global standard for lifespan extension
PRIME Lead-Acid Battery Regeneration System is the world’s only lifespan extension solution capable of doubling the service life of 12V batteries and tripling that of 2V sets compared to conventional usage. This system continuously maintains lead-acid batteries in like-new condition without the risk of overheating.
Based in Korea, REPOWERTEK has exported PRIME products to more than 70 countries for over 11 years, consistently demonstrating the ability to safely and reliably regenerate industrial lead-acid batteries worldwide. Through 15 years of dedicated R&D and five generations of evolution, the PRIME series has achieved near-perfect engineering, delivering objective superiority in regeneration effectiveness and durability, ensuring the shortest ROI recovery period.
This PRIME technology is widely utilized in critical sectors such as power plants, telecommunications, data centers, hospitals, and military facilities, supporting essential applications in ESS, UPS, Telecom, Datacenter, and electric forklift and other traction equipment. Unlike conventional restorers that rely on high-voltage charging, PRIME products employ a proprietary high-frequency pulse algorithm to remove sulfation without causing internal heat or physical damage.
Unlike PRIME regenerators, which regenerate without overheating or damage, all other restorers worldwide rely on high-voltage charging methods that cause overheating and damage for all regenerations. This high voltage amplifies hydrogen sulfide generation, triggering violent gassing (a phenomenon that makes the electrolyte appear to boil) to physically dislodge sulfation. However, this process inherently causes excessive physical collisions among large gas bubbles and internal overheating of plates and grids, accelerating battery performance degradation and damage.
PRIME Lead-Acid Battery Regeneration: A fundamentally different technology and products
PRIME regeneration takes a fundamentally different and more scientific approach. The process begins after the battery is discharged to its cutoff voltage, with a standard regeneration time of only 10 to 15 hours, including a full charge. This makes it the fastest commercial technology available, requiring only a single cycle without chemical additives.
Power efficiency is also a core advantage; total consumption is much lower than standard SCR chargers, and the pure energy of high-frequency pulse required specifically for sulfate removal is only about 10-20% of that used by high-efficiency SMPS chargers.
While most competitors are forced to regenerate on discarded batteries due to the risk of damage from high-voltage charging, PRIME regenerators are designed to maintain batteries without overheating or damage while they are still in use.
Discarded batteries often exhibit irreversible lead plate corrosion and a dried-out electrolyte, so any voltage increase is temporary, and usable capacity rarely exceeds one-fourth of the original rating. [The comparison is limited to the discharge results after being fully charged with a standard charger (before regeneration) and the discharge results after regeneration (after regeneration).]
PRIME Regeneration: The exclusive solution for batteries in active use
PRIME technology delivers far superior regeneration results than any comparable product on the market. While the commercial value of regenerating active-use batteries is significantly higher than that of scrap batteries, most competitors avoid treating batteries in service because the inevitable overheating from their equipment makes the process infeasible. In contrast, the ability to safely regenerate batteries while they are still in their operational lifecycle is a unique, defining advantage of PRIME.
The effectiveness of regenerating scrap batteries is fundamentally inferior to maintaining them in use. A battery’s standard cycle life effectively concludes when its State of Health (SoH) reaches 80%. Beyond the 80% threshold, capacity cannot be measured by simple percentages because the degradation rate accelerates exponentially. Although the drop from 90% to 80% SoH appears to be only 10%, this critical window often contains more usable energy than the entire remaining capacity below 80%.
Discarded or scrap batteries often exhibit irreversible lead plate corrosion and electrolyte depletion. In such cases, any voltage increase observed after regeneration is merely a temporary "floating voltage." For example, even if a regenerated scrap battery shows a high voltage, its actual usable capacity rarely exceeds one-quarter of its original rating.
Furthermore, voltage readings taken immediately after regeneration are inherently misleading due to temporary surface charges. To assess a battery’s true state of health, measurements must be taken only after a 24-hour stabilization period or via a standard 1-minute discharge test. Evaluating regeneration success solely on immediate voltage checks after regeneration is finished is fundamentally flawed and must be strictly avoided.
The PRIME Mandate: Redefining the future of energy sustainability
PRIME is not just an improvement, but it is a scientific breakthrough. While others rely on destructive high-voltage "boiling" that compromises battery integrity, PRIME stands alone with its heat-free, high-frequency pulse technology. By choosing PRIME, you adopt an engineering standard that ensures a stable 10-year operational life for your critical power assets.
For 11 years across 70 countries, Repowertek has proven that lead-acid batteries are long-term infrastructure, not short-term consumables. In an era when lithium-ion batteries pose constant risks of fire, toxic gas, and uncontrollable thermal instability, PRIME-regenerated lead-acid batteries offer the only zero-risk, high-safety alternative for the global energy market. The era of misleading high-voltage regeneration and fire-risk lithium battery energy storage is over.
The future belongs to the precision, safety, and unrivaled ROI that only PRIME delivers. We invite global partners to join our platform to eliminate waste and dominate the energy maintenance market. With PRIME, we are powering a cleaner, safer, and more sustainable world.
PRIME regenerative equipment is now infrastructure—transforming battery regeneration from a maintenance option installed at the core of industrial battery workshops to a system that standardizes regeneration cycles, extends lead-acid battery lifespan, reduces replacement frequency, and builds a closed-loop battery lifecycle platform into a foundational system for sustainable industrial power.
