Memorandum of Understanding between IDI, IDC and Strategic Realty Investment Co., Ltd

Partner and Project Development Director, Dr Alexander Evengroen is very happy to see great steps forward are being made with Strategic Realty Investment Co., Ltd signing an MoU with Innovation and Development Investor Association "IDI" and ID Capital Plc. "IDC".

On Friday, November 24, 2023, Innovation and Development Investor Association "IDI" and ID Capital Plc. "IDC" led by Dr. Hor Sereivad, Chairman of the Board, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Strategic Realty Investment Co., Ltd. (SRI) led by His Excellency Met Makara, the founder of the company.

Through this MoU, the two institutions intend to work closely together to achieve a common objective, which is

1. Generating current income with a secondary focus on moderate capital growth
2. Create a long-term roadmap that aims to align capital expenditures with larger business, portfolio, and financial objectives.
3. To increase the sales and investment opportunities
