នាថ្ងៃទី០២ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ គណៈប្រតិភូយុវជន YLC នៃសមាគមប្រជាជនសិង្ហបុរី (People’s Association Singapore) រួមទាំង​ យុវជន​ ស.ស.យ.ក. សរុបចំនួន​ ២៨រូប​ បានអញ្ជើញមកធ្វេីទស្សកិច្ចសិក្សាស្វែងយល់អំពីវឌ្ឍនភាព ការបណ្តុះបណ្តាល និងកម្មវិធីសិក្សារបស់វិទ្យាស្ថានសិក្សាបច្ចេកទេសធនាគារ។ ជាពិសេស​ ដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សានេះ មិនត្រឹមតែពង្រីកការយល់ដឹង ការផ្លាស់ប្តូរបទពិសោធន៍​ និងកិច្ចសហការក្នុងតំបន់ប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ថែមទាំងរួមចំណែកយ៉ាងសំខាន់ក្នុងការពង្រឹងមិត្តភាព រវាងយុវជនកម្ពុជា និងយុវជនសិង្ហបុរីឱ្យកាន់តែមានភាពជិតស្និទ្ធ ស្និទ្ធស្នាល​ មិត្តភាព​ សាមគ្គីភាព​ និងតួនាទីយុវជនសម្រាប់អភិវឌ្ឍប្រទេសជាតិ​ ទាំងផ្នែកសង្គម​ សេដ្ឋកិច្ច​និងធនាគារ​ រួមទាំងវិស័យដទៃទៀត។

On 2 April 2026, a joint delegation of 28 members from the Youth Leaders Collective (YLC) of the People's Association of Singapore, and the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia (UYFC), paid a study visit to learn about the progress, potential, and academic programs of the Institute for Banking Studies.

This visit not only enhanced mutual understanding, experience-sharing, and regional collaboration, but also played a meaningful role in strengthening the friendship between Cambodian and Singaporean youth. It further fostered closer ties, solidarity, and the active role of youth in contributing to national development across social, economic, banking, and other sectors.

Dr. CHHIV Yiseang, Director of the Cabinet of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, President of the Senate, have generously donated 10 copies of the book “Speeches and Lectures of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen” and 1 copy of “A Compilation of Key Contents from Meetings of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen” to the IBS’ library

On April 24, 2026, the Institute for Banking Studies (IBS) had the privilege of hosting a special guest lecture for our students on the topic "Climate Change and Central Banks", delivered by Dr. Elsa Allman, APAC Representative of the Banque de France.
As the contemporary global financial landscape faces the headwinds of climate change, the knowledge and understanding of the intersection of environmental sustainability and financial stability are of great importance. During her presentation, Dr. Elsa highlighted how climate-related risks can translate into financial and economic risks, and emphasized the critical role central banks and international network such as the NGFS play in addressing and mitigating these challenges.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Dr. Elsa Allman for her insightful and engaging presentation, which provided valuable knowledge and perspectives to our students.
