STARTUP MENTALITY:

1/ You think you are the engineer and you will win. You are wrong.

3/ You think you have all the money in the world to invest in your startup and you will win. You are wrong.

4/ You think you have the greatest idea and you will win. You are wrong.

5/ You think you are younger founder and you will win. You are wrong.

6/ You think you start early and you will win. You are wrong.

7/ You think you have all the technology to build your startup and you will win. You are wrong.

8/ You think you have all the connection and you will win. You are wrong.

9/ You think you are the PR genius and you will win. You are wrong.

10/ You think you are a number 1 presenter and you will win. You are wrong.

11/ You think you work 20 hours a day and you will win. You are wrong.

12/ You think you are an industrial professional with 20 years experiences and you will win. You are wrong.

13/ You think you have been successful in previous industry and now you run the startup, and you think you will win. You are wrong.

14/ You think you read the books about all successful persons in the world and you know you will win. You are wrong.

15/ You think you are always a top 1 of the classes back at school years and you will win. You are wrong.

16/ You think you are the winner of every incubator and accelerator program, and you will win your startup. You are wrong.

In startup, you never know. Nothing guarantee your success.

But at least these 5 qualities are something:

1/ Endurance: You can go through extreme hardship for a very long period of time.

2/ Team: An unbreakable spirit whether in up and down time.

3/ Discipline: A great thing never come from a poor working discipline person or team.

4/ Attitude: When thing is uncertain, you have to believe and have faith in yourself and in what you are doing.

5/ Flexibility: There is almost none that a successful business today is the same original concept yesterday. The end justify the mean or the mean justify the end is not the matter as long as you get the result you want.

And finally, the number one quality in every super founder is endurance. You have the stamina to go through extreme suffering in a very long period of time and you still don’t give up. You dare to try a thing when millions don’t. That’s a decisive quality. The courage to go a step further even when you think you can’t. That is the one. That is you.

We have a welcoming meeting with new round of our interns today.
Internship is an on-job training that plays a crucial role to develop both soft and technical skills for students.

Giving internship opportunity between 50 to 100 students annually from different universities in Phnom Penh Capital at our robotic, drone, IoT, STEM and blockchain facilities is one of our core values.

To make our country succeed in digital economy and industrial 4.0, we make sure that our engineers have the resources and ability to learn and research new technologies and develop market-fit products.

We also share three concepts in developing a product or a service with our new interns, those are problem-solution based approach, quality first and simplify technological product for easy consumption/use.

Last but not least, as an engineer we must have dream. And those dreams must be bigger than ourselves such as the dream to see our country well developed into the most cutting-edge technological nation in every aspects that we can be.
