The Private Advisory Financing Network (PFAN) is a donor-based USAID Program that provides free coaching to enterprises and SMEs in the Renewable Energy and Climate Change sectors. In Cambodia since 2015, PFAN Cambodia has helped raise almost $4M in funding for business participating in the network and provided business development support through developing strategy and financials.

អេធិកឡជីវឧស្ម័ន - ATEC Biodigesters ត្រូវបានបង្កើតឡើងក្នុគោលបំណង​ផ្ដល់នូវប្រភពថាមពលស្អាតនិងដែលមានសុវត្ថិភាព ដល់គ្រួសារដែលមានប្រាក់ចំណូលទាប។

កសិករជួបបញ្ហាក្នុង ការចំណាយខ្ពស់ទៅលើថាមពល អគ្គីសនី ឫ ប្រើ ហ្គាស (LPG)សម្រាប់ចំអិន អាហារ និងប្រមាណ ៩០%នៃស្រ្តីមេផ្ទះប្រឈមមុខខ្ពស់ជាមួយនឹងបញ្ហាសុខភាព ដែលបណ្ដាលមកពី ការចំអិនអាហារដោយប្រើអុស ធ្យូង"។[ដកស្រង់តាមរយៈសម្តីរបស់អ្នកស្រី Cécile Dahomé ដែលជាអ្នកសម្របសម្រួល និងជាគ្រូបង្វឹករបស់ATEC ប្រចាំប្រទេសកម្ពុជា]។

ក្រោមរូបភាពនៃការសម្របសម្រួលពីកម្មវិធី PFAN នៅក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០១៧ ATEC បានទទួលជោគជ័យបន្ទាប់ពីការធ្វើបទបង្ហាញ នៅក្នុង សិក្ខាសាលា វិនិយោគ ដែលបានរៀបចំនៅទីក្រុង Vienna​ ។ការជោគជ័យនេះបានធ្វើអោយ ATEC មានលទ្ធភាពអនុវត្តន៍នូវគម្រោងរបស់ខ្លួនទៅកាន់ខេត្តចំនួន១៣ទៀតនៃប្រទេសកម្ពុជា​ហើយ​តាមរយៈកម្មវិធីនេះបានជួយឲ្យ ATEC ទទួលបាននូវគំនិតថ្មីៗ មានឪកាសបង្កើនទំនាក់ទំនង និងស្គាល់អ្នកវិនិយោគមកពីប្រទេសដ៏ទៃទៀត។ នាពេលថ្មីៗនេះដែរ ចាប់តាំងពីខែ កញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២០​ ATEC បានអនុវត្តន៍គម្រោងរបស់ខ្លួនបន្តទៅកាន់ប្រទេស បង់ក្លាដេស​(Bangladesh)។ អរគុណចំពោះកម្មវិធី​ PFAN។

អ្នកស្រី Cécile Dahomé បានបន្ថែមទៀតថា៖ ក្រុមការងារ ATEC បានធ្វើការយ៉ាងស្វិតស្វាញ ក្នុងការបង្កើនការលក់ និងតំណាងចែកចាយរបស់ខ្លួន ដើម្បីទាក់ទាញ អ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ ក៏ដូចជា វិនិយោគិនផងដែរ។​ តើអ្នកដឹងទេថា ឡជីវឧស្ម័ន មិនត្រឹមតែជាប្រភពថាមពលនោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែវាក៏បានផលិត ជីសរីរាង្គរហូតដល់ទៅ ២០ តោនក្នុងមួយឆ្នាំ និងបានជួយសន្សំប្រាក់របស់ប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាជាមធ្យមបាន ២៥៤​ដុល្លារ ក្នុងមួយឆ្នាំថែមទៀតផង។

Success story

អេធិកឡជីវឧស្ម័ន - ATEC Biodigesters were designed to provide a , and free energy source for low-income households.

“Either farmers cooking on the grid or LPG are faced with high expenses or women cooking without electricity or LPG are faced with severe health issues resulting from using dirty cooking methods with 90% resorting to wood, coal or charcoal, which we know is damaging to the environment and their health,” said Cécile Dahomé, country coordinator for Cambodia and the PFAN coach assigned to work with ATEC.

The facilitated by PFAN after ATEC’s success at the 2017 Investment Forum in Vienna has allowed the project to scale up to 13 provinces and is now in Bangladesh since September 2020. Also, being involved in a network meant the project was exposed to new ideas around business development and could meet and learn from other projects and investors from other countries.

Cécile Dahomé added that “the team has been innovative in its sales and distribution model, making it attractive to investors and consumers.” Did you know that besides providing , the biodigester also produces 20 tons of per year, an average Cambodian family around USD 254 per year in total?
