CITY Microfinance Institution Plc (“the Company”) is a private limited company incorporated in Cambodia under registration number Co. 1568 E/2012 dated 4 June 2012, issued by the Ministry of Commerce. The Company obtained its license from the National Bank of Cambodia (“NBC”) to operate as a microfinance institution on 21 August 2012. Under this license, the Company is authorised to grant credit to poor and low income households and small enterprises operating in the Kingdom of Cambodia.
