In our today’s forum in Kiambu, we told property owners the importance of joining KEPIA and guided them on the different membership categories each falls under. It was encouraging to see many recognize the value of belonging to an association that protects their investments and gives them a united voice.

We also went deeper into the challenges property owners are facing, and shared how KEPIA is actively offering solutions. A key highlight was the Okoa Maisha Button, which participants agreed to install in their homes and apartments across Kiambu and Nairobi.
