ABOUT US
DIJI WOMEN GROUP is a project initiative of M-joy market resource center enterprise formed as an organ of corporate social responsibility sustainable development goal. The project is aimed at bringing together all women living in rural areas in the republic of Kenya came together as one CHAMA and promote their own economic empowerment and financial inclusion by creating a revolving fund through a voluntary saving scheme model which forms a lending platform among them. Members don’t have to meet regularly but only required to register to the group and be issued a diji group membership number wherever they are in the republic of Kenya.
MEMBERSHIP
For one to qualify to be diji women group member, one must be ;
1.A female gender living in any rural part in Kenya
2.Must register with non-refundable fee of ksh 350/= through a DTB paybill 516600 Account 446568 in the name of m-joy market resource center
SAVING
All diji group savings are done through a DTB paybill 516600, Account 446568. You can save from as little as ksh 35/= daily, or can chose to save any amount weekly or monthly
LOAN CATEGORIES
There are two types of individual loans in diji women group
1. Short term loan from ksh. 5000- 20000 payable between 1-3 months at an interest of 1.25% per month
2. Long term loan from ksh 20,000-100,000 payable between 6-24 months at an interest of 1.5 % per month

LOAN QUALIFICATION
For any diji group member to qualify for a loan, she must have saved for 75 days
Loan amount is determined by your savings, three times of your savings
The loan is only guaranteed by your savings.
LOAN REQUEST AND DISBURSENT
If a member needs a loan facility, she is required to type an sms of the word LOAN and send the sms to 0702831326. The secretariat will call the member to take various details that will assist loan request and approval
All diji women group loans are disbursed through the member mobile money account
DIJI GROUP SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Other than being a saving and loan platform, diji women group also focus on other matters in the society such as;
1. Diji women group member support in times severe illness and during death
2. Fight against gender based violence
3. Environment conservation to fight climate change
EDUCATION
Diji women group provide financial management advice to the members through partner financial experts through an interactive voice service (IVS) from diji women group call center in order to equip members with knowledge that will assist them become financially stable in future

Diji women group belief in collaborating with diverse stakeholders in order to fulfill its social mandate and realize its goals ,we therefore partner with agencies like KIVA ZIP and AFRICAN GUARANTEE FUND

You must be a member in order to be able to receive the referral payments
MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION
Any member can decide to leave the group and all her savings shall be refunded with 14 (fourteen) working days upon reporting for membership termination
