Key issues to consider in any purchase of insurance;
1. The key area of insurance need- Insurance is part of the wider finance world where we deal with investments but also the securing against possible liability that could be financially costly. While to most insurance is not a priority it is important to appreciate that there is need to be prepared to deal with all form of have unforseen liabilities in life. For instance a motor vehicle requires an insurance so that incase of an accident one does not have to dig deep into their pocket to deal with the costs arising from the risk encountered. Without a clarity a need area insurance purchase becomes a liability in itself and a good ground of disappointment. Therefore the first step is an objective need analysis.
