Minimum qualification : a KNEC diploma in a business related course, basic accounting, proficiency in IT, fluency in both English and Swahili and knowledge of the financial industry in Kenya. Personal attributes : pleasant personality, not easily provoked, ability to relate to people in different age groups and social status, cheerful on phone and in person, observes punctuality, ability to work for long hours under extreme pressure and observe strict deadlines.
