FEWA SACCO FEWA SACCO was established in 2009, under the Co-operative Act to help women entrepreneurs’ access affordable credit with greater ease.

At FEWA SACCO, we acknowledge that for women, building a business is hard work. There is no magic bullet nor is there such a thing as overnight success. Starting a company is even harder; women have to push boundaries to get their businesses off the ground. If the women are to change this scenario and increase the number of women led businesses, then the change has to start with us. Women need to

collaborate and mentor each other; they need to find mentors and peer groups where they can learn from each other. ‘It isn't about emulating your mentor it is about learning from them.
