VACANCY: ASSISTANT ICT OFFICER (1 POSITION)
Location: Nairobi

TAQWA SACCO, the first Sharia-compliant financial institution in Kenya (est. 1998), invites applications from qualified and proactive individuals for the position of Assistant ICT Officer.

Job Purpose
To support the SACCO’s ICT infrastructure through technical assistance, system maintenance, and data security to ensure smooth and reliable ICT operations.

Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line technical support to staff.
Install, configure, and maintain ICT hardware and software.
Monitor and support network security measures.
Assist in database management and ensure data accuracy.
Support ICT policy implementation and user training.

Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Prior ICT support experience is an added advantage.
Proficiency in hardware, software, and networking.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
