Is your debt efficient? How much does it take out from your monthly cash flow?

•Productive debts bring in cash flow, increases your human net value, knowledge& experience e.g that Mercedes that attracts clients to you, big screen TV's that adds value to your clients 🚘
•Consumptive liabilities help provide for your standard of living.. e.g holidays, big screen TV to watch a football match on (best paid in cash!) 🚲
•Destructive credit result from Productive & Consumptive debts 'gone-wild'! They take away the value out of your net value, destroy who you are.. e.g excessive drinking, unaffordable car repairs, lack of rental income from property with no tenants! 🚨

TAKE IT and put it into better production e.g pay off debt faster, repeat this and free up more cash into you flow... You'll see results!
Then, Focus on the cash flow you will have, NOT on the what that will become you some day after you've hoped, crossed your fingers, gambled and squeezed your belt a little tighter.

I think we can all identify with this. Sometimes the best things we do are the things that cost the least, or even nothing! Don’t feel like you need to spend a-lot of money to have a great time this christmas. Our best holidays as a family have been taking a drive then a walk just for the scenery, cooking on a BBQ, and playing board games on the lawn...
