This morning, the team at Mwananchi Credit came together for a memorable staff engagement session and breakfast, a moment of reflection, appreciation and motivation as we continue building a stronger organization together.
One of the most inspiring highlights of the morning was recognizing and rewarding some of our longest-serving employees for their dedication, loyalty and contribution to the growth of the business over the years. Seeing staff members receive awards of up to Ksh. 500,000 and Ksh. 200,000 was a powerful reminder that commitment, consistency and hard work never go unnoticed.
Beyond the rewards, the session created an opportunity for open engagement, team bonding and alignment on the company’s vision and future direction. It was encouraging to see colleagues from different departments connect, share experiences and celebrate milestones together.
