Mobile banking has come a long way — not only for us at NLS Tech Solutions, but for our customers, and for everyone in the financial services ecosystem.

We’ve seen firsthand how digital solutions are reshaping the way people interact with money.

Over the past few years, our team at NLS has been on a mission: to make financial services more accessible, intuitive, and impactful. About the Role
As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee both internal development projects and external client implementations. This is your chance to work with cross-functional teams, manage complex software implementations, and help deliver innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously (internal product development &
client implementations).
• Oversee the full project lifecycle – from planning to closure.
• Coordinate with teams (Development, QA, Implementation) to deliver
projects on time and within scope.
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Collaborate with sales and account teams to understand client needs.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and data protection regulations.
• Communicate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical
stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Business Admin, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of project management experience (preferably in FinTech).
• Proven track record of managing complex software implementation projects.
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of microservices architecture, API integrations, and DevOps
practices.

Preferred Qualifications
• PMP or Prince2 certification.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Knowledge of banking & financial systems and integration technologies.
