Today, we officially welcomed our newly elected Delegates during the Delegates’ Induction Program. The session provided an opportunity for Delegates to gain a deeper understanding of the Society’s structure, governance framework, and the important role they play in representing members and supporting the growth of the Sacco.

The program featured sessions on the overview of the Co-operative Society, the roles and responsibilities of Delegates, corporate governance, and personal financial management.

Delegates also engaged with the leadership team through discussions aimed at strengthening collaboration and accountability within the Society.

As representatives of our members, Delegates play a key role in upholding the values, vision, and strategic direction of Stima Sacco. We appreciate their commitment and look forward to working together in advancing member interests and building a stronger Society for all.
