Vermicompost (also called worm castings, worm humus, worm p**p, worm manure, or worm faeces) is the end-product of the breakdown of organic matter by earthworms. Earthworms eat organic wastes like kitchen wastes, livestock manure, farm organic wastes, coffee factory wastes etc and passes it through their digestive system and gives out in a granular form which is known as vermicompost that has ALL the nutrients to grow a plant.
These excreta have been shown to contain reduced levels of contaminants and a higher saturation of nutrients for plant growth.
Earthworms excrete the vermicompost and vermiliquid in a digestible form.
The major nutrients profile of vermicompost and vermiliquid are:
