The goal of this initiative is to start, scale, and grow 1 million black businesses by 2030 across the nation. The city's commitment includes supporting our Small Business Resource Partners as they connect Black entrepreneurs to the tools and resources to start and grow a successful business, with a focus on creating a successful path to wealth building and generational wealth.

Please join Charlotte City Council District 2 Representative Malcolm Graham, Chairman of Operation Hope John Hope Bryant, and others for the announcement of this partnership. It will be held on Tuesday, April 4th at 10am at Do Greater Charlotte, 2400 Greenland Ave (lower level of Shiloh Institutional Baptist Church). A reception will follow.
