This short term CP is less expensive than conventional commercial bank overdraft borrowing. ve year maturity) debt on behalf of the corporation in the form of long term bonds. Dry Associates is also active in raising public as well as private equity. In particular, the Company is working with private companies to provide valuation and private equity options.
