Why Your Loan Delays

Reason 3: Paypoint – EFT to banks other than Cooperative Bank take an additional 2-3 working days after processing and payment for money to reflect in member’s account. Members are encouraged to use FOSA for faster disbursements. The 2–3 day interbank transfer window is a banking policy, and the Sacco has no control over the processing time.

Why Your Loan Delays

Reason 2: Guarantors exceeding their guarantee limits or having insufficient deposits/shares. For Example, a member who has deposits of 100,000 cannot guarantee more than the 100,000.

Share capital is not used for gurantorship.

Why Your Loan Delays

Reason 1: Poorly scanned or unclear forms. Some members take photos of the forms instead of properly scanning them. Such forms may contain writings that become unclear or invisible, especially when printed, making it difficult for the office to proceed with the processing.

Should I pay Dividend ADVANCE I applied?

Paying Dividend Advance is optional, as it is normally recovered from the full dividends once they are declared. Members who wish to repay can do so through Paybill 850436, using their ID number followed by DIV as the account number. Once the payment is made, you can apply for the Dividend Advance again.

Can A member top up Dividend Advance?
Yes, for example, You qualified for Kes.20,000 but initially applied for only Kes.15,000, You can later apply for the remaining Kes.5,000 using the same procedure on *850 # or Hazina APP.
