Afri Fund Capital formalized a strategic partnership with Otermans Institute by signing a Memorandum of Understanding. This marks an important step toward advancing AI literacy, capacity building, and future-ready education across the continent.

As Africa moves into an era of large-scale infrastructure, industrialization, digital transformation, and regional trade, AI literacy will play a critical role in strengthening project delivery, improving productivity, creating new jobs, and unlocking national wealth.

Pleased to mark the signing of an MoU with the Kenya Ships Agents Association (KSAA), an organisation that promotes ethical business, best practice, and seaborne trade and economic growth in Kenya and the wider East Africa region.

This partnership reflects a shared commitment to strengthening collaboration across the maritime and logistics ecosystem, improving trade facilitation, and supporting more efficient, competitive port and shipping value chains.

We were also honored to engage with the Chaplaincy at the historic Mission to Seafarers Mombasa , a place of deep spiritual, social and maritime significance. We recognize the importance of preserving this legacy, especially as its future remains uncertain.

It was a pleasure to engage with NEPAD / APRM Kenya Secretariat on strategic partnership opportunities aligned with Africa’s development priorities.

As the African Union’s development agency, AUDA NEPAD plays a key role in coordinating and executing priority regional and continental projects, strengthening member state capacity, and advancing resource mobilization in support of Agenda 2063.

Our discussion focused on the power of collaboration in unlocking transformative infrastructure, trade, and investment opportunities across the continent. Strong partnerships are how vision stops being PowerPoint and starts becoming progress.
