Role Overview
We are seeking self-driven, results-oriented professionals to join our growing sales team. In this high-impact role, you will focus on acquiring and onboarding SME & MSME clients, demonstrating the platform's value in solving core operational and trust challenges, and contributing directly to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Prospect and qualify SME and MSME leads across digital and offline channels in key Kenyan markets.
• Conduct in-depth product demonstrations highlighting trust mechanisms (KYC + escrow), operational efficiency (POS, inventory, invoicing, real-time tracking), and revenue acceleration features.
• Manage the full sales cycle: from initial outreach and needs assessment to negotiation, closure, and smooth handoff to onboarding
• Achieve personal contribution toward revenue target of KSh 2M per month.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking.
• Provide structured feedback on market objections, feature requests, and competitive insights to product and marketing teams.
Required Profile
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to learn complex products quickly and articulate technical value propositions.
• Understanding of Kenyan SME pain points (low trust in online transactions, fragmented operations, manual processes, payment delays)
• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Fluency in English.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented mindset with resilience in a fast-paced startup environment.
• No prior sales experience required - we prioritize hunger, coachability, and ex*****on over pedigree.
• Monthly Target of KES 2M in Sales.
