All members of St Peter claver self-help group are hereby notified that, due to Christmas activities ahead of us. Our office will remain close from 22nd of December to 2nd of January 2019. In cognizance of the law of nature and dynamics management has decide to request a member who wish to apply for loan or do other engagement with the office to do so before 17th of December and collection of cheques on 19th of December. Good morning everybody, just an update and keep in touch with time.
1. MEMBER CARD.
in order to improve efficiency and to keep up with the times, Caritas Nairobi shall soon introduce members identification card to replace the passbook. The card will be used when transacting at the group, attending meetings such as education or Agms

2. CROSS GROUP GUARANTORSHIP.
to solve the problems of guarantorship, the system now allows group across guarantorship. The policy and operations Framework is being laid down to support this. Once ready, the service will be launched. We anticipate this to be ready by the end of September.

3. RECONCILIATION
starting September,we shall enforce the closure of monthly financial periods. This will prevent any backdating of transaction and will make sure there are NO variations after the management have been presented with the monthly reports. We therefore encourage all members to ensure reconciliation is done in time and on a monthly basis...(this will enable us going back and update you capital share)
