A. Urithi Housing Cooperative Society ltd is registered with the Ministry of Cooperative Development thus it is regulated by the government through the ministry.

Q. What benefits do i expect as a member..?
A. You stand to get plots at a cost i.e subsidized prices at every acquisition.You also stand to get dividends or benefits from value addition activities.

Q. Can i get a refund of my shares should i wish to quit?
A. According to cooperative society's act,shares are only transferable upon exit and thus you can either sell or transfer at the prevailing market price.

Q. Who are the owners of Urithi Housing Cooperative Society..?
A. Urithi is owned by all members who invest in a minimum capital share of Ksh35000
