1) Does that company have leadership; companies will rise and fall because of lack of leadership
2) Is the company longterm; It is very important to know if the company has stood the test of time.. see how long the company has been around will give you an idea of how long they will last
3) Lastly; integrity- what values doea the conpany stand for.. the values should be complementing your own.. what does the company stand for..
