Old Mutual Investment Group Limited is a duly registered and licensed fund manager in Kenya. We remain a market leader and celebrate the growth of the total assets under our management from KES 30 Billion in 2002 to the KES 228 Billion in 2020 that we manage today. Our clients cut across all sectors of our economy for both retirement and non-retirement funds under our management.
What's in it for you?
OMIG is licensed by the Capital Markets Authority and Retirement Benefits Authority to provide fund management services.
We are duly licenced and regulated by the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) to offer Investment Management Services.
We are also licenced and regulated by the Retirement Benefits Authority (RBA) to offer fund management services to Pension and Provident Funds.
Our licenses are renewed annually after successful due diligence tests by each of the authorities.

Old Mutual Investment Group (OMIG) Ltd is owned 100% by Old Mutual Holdings Ltd which is in turn owned 100% by Old Mutual plc.
Old Mutual acquired Barclay-Trust Investment Services Limited in 2002 and changed its name to Old Mutual Asset Managers (Kenya) Limited. In December 2013 the name was changed from Old Mutual Asset Managers (Kenya) Limited to Old Mutual Investment Group (OMIG) Limited. This initiative was driven by the Old Mutual Group to align the names of all the Asset Management businesses across Africa. Barclay Trust Investment Services Limited was incorporated in Kenya on 15th September 1978.
