For those who have taken insurance on properties and assets, please report to your insurance company or intermediary any incident of flooding or damage by rain water on the property or assets. Some damages or losses may come to manifest fully far much later.

But the most important thing, stay safe!

Also for those still holding on taking insurance, I recommend you consider the very minimum coverage for the properties or assets not yet insured. Don't retain the risk. With the climate change we are experiencing, the weather related perils is anticipated to be harsh and destructive in future.
