Below is a weekly checklist designed for Founders to keep their operations lean, self-funding, and entirely debt-free.We can call it the Friday Finance Triage/Numbers check

4.​Audit past-due invoices and follow up with clients to bring trapped cash home before taking on new expenses.

5.​Never borrow money unless the funded expense directly generates revenue within 30 days and yields a profit higher than the interest cost.

3. Honesty and trust are the most expensive things, don't expect from cheap people.
