Sales Trainee: Insurance
Role
1. Maintaining and Developing Relationships with existing Clients
2. Visiting Potential Customers and Prospecting for New Businesses
3. Conducting Market Research and Product Development
4. Negotiating terms for better Service Delivery
5. Providing Clients with Quotations
6. Gathering Market and Customer Information.
7. Conducting Social Media Marketing
8. Reviewing your own Sales Performance against targets as you gain experience.
9. Collaborating with the Team to achieve best results
10. To proactively identify and assist The Team and other Senior Executives to obtain Real,
Sustained and continuous improvement throughout the business.
11. To undertake any other duties in accordance with the scope and responsibility around the
role.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1. University Degree/Diploma in any disciplines with less than 1 years of working experience
2. Strong passion in developing career in Insurance Industry
3. Highly energized, with strong autonomy and partnership
4. Willing to challenge self and others to strive for excellence
5. Strong motivation to assume leadership and great problem-solver
6. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
