Putting the interest of our employees first, we buy land and sell at affordable prices. S

ome of the projects we are currently undertaking include the Namanga project and Kantafu Project. Land in Namanga costs Ksh 470,000 for members and Ksh 550,000 for the non-members. In Kantafu area which is along Kangundo Road we sell land at Ksh 890,000 for members and Ksh 990,000 for non-members. All plot sizes are an eighth of an acre. We also provide insurance services at competitive rates. Our rates range from 3-6% indemnity. We cover
